We provide an online eBook reading and management platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.

- Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities under your account;

- Infringing on others’ intellectual property rights (e.g., uploading pirated books);

- All content, features, and designs of the platform (including UI, algorithms, and library classification systems) are protected by copyright law;
- Users must ensure that uploaded content is legally authorized. We reserve the right to remove infringing material.
6. Disclaimer
- The service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uninterrupted use, absolute security, or error-free operation;
- We are not responsible for data loss caused by network delays or third-party service failures.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect losses (e.g., expected reading revenue loss);
- Consequences such as data breaches or device damage resulting from service usage.
8. Changes to Terms
- Revised terms will take effect automatically once announced on the official website;
- Continued use of the service after the new terms come into effect implies acceptance of the changes.
9. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms;
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
